Aboriginal Relations
We recognize the importance of cultivating long-term relationships based on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation. We’ve partnered with several Aboriginal community–owned companies on construction projects, which have been mutually beneficial.
Aboriginal awareness and cultural training is mandatory for senior management and available to all Halband employees. These training programs help to ensure that Halband employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to work with the Aboriginal community and an appreciation for their history and culture.
